Portable oxygen devices present a practical engineering trade-off: runtime, compressor load, weight, thermal behavior and serviceability all compete for limited space.
For this concept, we matched a replaceable 18650 4S2P pack with a bottom-slide architecture: 14.8V, 6.7Ah, 99.16Wh, with support for short compressor-load transients and ≥500 cycles at 80% DOD.
The key consideration is not capacity alone, but how the cells, BMS, enclosure, contacts and charging strategy work together as one system.
